If you have access to the create and manage user accounts, you will see the Users option in your menu in the top right:
Clicking on this opens the list of all users assigned access to your hotels
Here you can Add , Edit
or Delete
users.
User Types
There are several permission levels available:
- Administrator - Full Access, can create and manage users
- Senior Management
- Department Management
- Revenue & Marketing
- Revenue - Full Access, except user management
- Marketing - Access to the marketing reports and marketing analytic sections. No financials access
- Front Office - Just access to pickup reports sections, with no financials access (only rate and availability)
