How to use Company Analytics

Report Overview

The Company Analytics report delivers targeted insights into booking performance, specifically linked to company profiles associated with reservations. 

This report offers visibility into the companies driving business, providing detailed tracking of the generated revenue from corporate accounts.

⚠️ Prerequisites Reservations must have associated company profiles in your PMS.

 

Access Company Analytics

  1. Click on the Analytics tab in the Main menu.
  2. Select Companies from the dropdown menu.

 

Analytics Page Settings

  1. Choose one or more properties using the "Property Selector" to display metrics.
  2. Select your preferred time frame from the preset options using the "Date Range Selector" to analyze data from different historical date ranges.
  3. Use the "Dashboard Settings" to display the desired booking statuses and last year's comparison:
    • Booking statuses: Confirmed, tentative, provisional, allocation, and enquiry.
    • Last year comparison:
      • Last Year by Day: Default option, comparing day-to-day (e.g. Monday to the closest Monday last year).
      • Last Year by Date: Comparing date-to-date (e.g. 25 December 2025 to 25 December 2024).
    • Last years: 1 year ago or 2 years ago.
    • Display Preferences: "Show Unknown Category" is unchecked by default.

You have the option to group dates by Day, Week, or Month to see totals charts, as well as have a table view of data, by selecting these options:

Review Revenue Summary and Company Metrics

  1. Examine the Revenue Summary which is company-oriented and includes the summary per revenue group.
  2. View Company metrics by Total Revenue, Rooms, or ADR to track performance from company profiles.

 

Tips & Best Practices

  • Utilize this report to understand the number of company profiles contributing to bookings within the selected parameters.
  • Leverage detailed filtering to understand the revenues generated from specific company accounts.
  • Analyze performance across various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Room Revenue, F&B Revenue, and Other Revenue attributed to companies.
