The Overview screen is the first screen when entering the Marketing tab. It provides a dashboard that gives you insights into your e-mail database health, recent campaign performance, and conversion, as well as an understanding of guests who will soon be arriving or leaving your property.
Selecting the Hotel and Guest Search
If you have access to multiple hotels in your account, you will have the option to view combined statistics, or you can filter into a single property using the dropdown options at the top of the page:
You can also quickly search for a guest record, by typing their name, e-mail, or booking reference. This will navigate you to the Guest Search section of the portal.
E-mail Health
This section shows an overview of your entire guest database, for the selected hotels:
- Total Profiles - these are all the guest profiles in your system
- Reachable Profiles - these will be all those guests in your database with active e-mail addresses
- Unreachable Profiles - the profiles with no e-mail address
- Email Coverage - a percentage of the number of profiles that contain an e-mail address
Campaign Performance
Here you will be able to understand recent and lifetime revenue performance, as well as understanding the top earning recent campaigns. To understand more about how we attribute revenue to your e-mail campaigns, please see our Revenue Attribution section.
Year To Date Revenue
This chart shows the total revenue gained from your campaigns, since January.
Top Performing Campaigns
Here you can find an understanding of how the last 5 campaigns have performed against each other. You can view this in further detail by selecting the View All option to take you to the Campaign Reports section.
Lifetime Revenue
This chart shows the lifetime performance of your campaigns since you first started using Revenue Intelligence Marketing.
Arrivals & Departures
Here you can get an instant snapshot of the arriving and departing guests, including their booking reference, lifetime spend, room type, and if they currently have an e-mail address in the system.
This view can allow a reception member to easily understand if they should be prompted for an e-mail address upon check-in or check-out.
You can view further details about the guest by clicking on their name to take you to the Guest Profile section.
