The Marketing Settings section within Revenue Intelligence is where you configure the foundational information that powers your email campaigns. This includes property branding, sender authentication, domain verification, and dynamic attribute setup.
💡 Why is this configuration important? The goal of this section is to centralize all the necessary information to personalize and automate campaign creation in Revenue Intelligence. Thanks to the Smart Campaign generator’s AI engine, the data entered here is automatically transformed into marketing-ready content, including text, buttons, and visuals in your emails. |

What settings can be configured?
General
This subsection allows you to define your property's core branding and essential marketing details. The information added here is used to populate campaign templates and personalize emails automatically.
- Primary Color: Sets the accent color for your email templates, typically used for headers and highlights.
- Button Color: Defines the color of call-to-action buttons in your campaigns.
- Hotel E-mail: Contact email address that appears in the campaign footer and sender section.
- Hotel Website: Main website URL of your property.
-
Booking Website: Direct link to your booking page (e.g.,
www.myhotel.com/book
). -
Booking Website with Promo Code: A booking link that includes a promo code placeholder (e.g.,
www.myhotel.com/book?code={code}
). - Hotel Description: A brief, compelling summary of your hotel used in templates. For example: “Luxury hotel in the heart of San Diego, minutes from the bay.”
- Default Image: Fallback image used in email templates when no other image is provided.
- Default Logo: Your brand logo displayed at the top or bottom of the campaign template.
ⓘ To unlock the Generate Templates button, you must first complete and save all required fields in the General section. Once visible, this button allows you to generate four ready-to-use email templates with your logo, colors, and description pre-filled. These templates are required to enable the Smart Campaign feature. |
Senders
In this section, you can add and verify the email addresses that will be used to send your campaigns.
- Add Row: Use the Add Row button to enter a new sender.
- Sender Name and Email: Add the name and email address that will appear as the sender in your campaigns. Remember to click Save to store the information.
- Verify: Each email must be verified before it can be used. Unverified senders will block campaign delivery. Click Verify and enter the code received by email in the pop-up window to confirm the sender.
ⓘ If you don't see the Add Row button, it means you've selected multiple hotels. To add a sender, you must use the Property Picker at the top of the page and select a single hotel. Sender email addresses can only be added one property at a time. |
Domains
Use this section to verify your sending domain. This step helps improve email deliverability and ensures your campaigns can be sent when sender email verification fails.
-
Add Row: Enter your domain name (e.g.,
yourhotel.com
) and click Save Changes. - Verify: Click the checkbox in the Verified column. Save it, and a pop-up window will appear with DNS record instructions.
- DNS Setup Required: Add the DKIM and DMARC TXT records to your domain provider using the values shown. Once configured, return and click Verify.
- Fallback for sender verification: If your sender email is not receiving verification codes, verifying the domain first allows you to re-add the sender. It will be auto-verified if the domain is already validated.
💡 Tip: If a sender's email can’t be verified via code in the Senders section, use the Domains section instead. Once the domain is verified, re-add the sender and the system will auto-verify it—no email code required. |
Custom Attributes
Use the Custom Attributes section to create additional fields for storing personalized guest information. These attributes will appear directly in each guest’s profile under the Custom section, allowing your property to segment and personalize campaigns more effectively.
- Click Add Custom Attribute.
- Name your custom attribute (e.g.,

,Birthday
). - Select the data type:
- Text: Any string (e.g., favorite drink).
