To access rich data about a particular guest, including their stay history, email engagement, and subscription status, navigate to the Marketing tab in Revenue Intelligence and click on the Guest & Segment section.
From there, you can click on any guest profile to view their information:
Guest Overview
This section displays key contact details from the guest profile and their current subscription status.

Guest Lifetime Value
This feature allows you to see a guest's total stays across all properties in your account, total nights stayed, and total spending, along with details from their last stay.
- This information can also help track loyalty status.
- These details only include active bookings, not canceled stays.
Profile Details
You will find 3 tabs, each providing further insights into the guest profile:
- Profile - details about their contact information, loyalty, subscription status, and badges.
- Stays - past and future stay history.
- Engagement - history of all e-mails sent to this guest.
Deleting a Profile
To maintain GDPR compliance, you may be asked by a guest to remove their information from your system.
To delete a record of a guest, you can click on the delete icon in the top right section of the profile section. You'll then be shown a pop-up window to confirm the deletion:
Press Delete to permanently delete the contact.
- The guest information will be erased and you'll see the Unsubscribed subscription status in your screen.
- You may also need to remove the customer from your PMS.
