Metrics
The year calendar shows you the selected metric for all your properties. You can choose your metric by clicking on one of the tabs:
- Opportunities – Displays potential rate changes based on market demand and forecasted performance. Green indicates a rate increase opportunity, and red indicates a recommended decrease.
- Availability – The inventory remaining to sell per stay date, with colors showing changes from the selected update date (more details below).
- Rates – Compares your current rate against the competitor's median rate, expressed as a percentage difference.
- Rooms – Displays the number of rooms booked for each stay date (not the remaining inventory).
- Revenue – Shows room revenue generated per date, and optionally includes F&B, function, and other revenue types when toggled.
- Rooms Pace – Compares current pickup against the same point in time last year to show booking momentum and gaps.
