Revenue Intelligence offers a variety of pre-built reports within the Pickup Reports tab, designed to provide comprehensive insights into your property's performance and market trends. These reports help hoteliers make informed decisions by offering different perspectives on occupancy, revenue, rates, and more.
Below are explanations for each of the standard reports available in the Revenue Intelligence platform:
Financials Report
This report focuses on your key metrics of occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).
Financials Report (by Date)
It offers a granular view of the corresponding broader report (Financials Report), organized by individual dates.
Financial Overview Report
This report supports multiple hotels, allowing you to compare your rates against competitors for any number of properties in your portfolio.
Financial Overview Report (by Month)
It offers a granular view of the corresponding broader report (Financial Overview Report), aggregated by month.
Rates Report
This report focuses on your single property, where you can compare your rate to the competitor rates.
Rates Report (by Date)
It offers a granular view of the corresponding broader report (Rates Report), organized by individual dates.
Rate Overview Report
This report supports multiple hotels, allowing you to compare your rates against competitors for any number of properties.
SPIT Report (by Month)
SPIT, or "Same Point In Time," refers to comparing your occupancy levels and room revenues to the same point in time, typically one year ago. This mapping is typically done by day of the week, for example, comparing a Tuesday in the current year to the same Tuesday 52 weeks prior, because hotel performance is strongly seasonal by day of the week.
SPIT Segment Report (by Month)
This report breaks down the "Same Point In Time" comparison by market segment. Market segments are a way of categorizing bookings based on the type of customer, such as leisure, corporate, or group customers.

It offers a granular view of the corresponding broader report (SPIT Segment Report), organized by individual days.
Daily Checkouts
This report displays information about guests who are checking out today.
New Bookings
This report shows bookings that were made on the last day.
Group Scan
This report provides a view of all groups that have blocked rooms where those rooms haven't yet been picked up or converted into actual reservations. It offers visibility into the group's name, the occasion, and the revenue attached to it.
