In the Marketing tab of Revenue Intelligence, you'll find the Guest & Segments section, which displays all the guests on the platform. This section enables you to search, sort, and filter to find a specific guest profile within your system.
Hotel Filter
By clicking on the Hotel dropdown, you can filter the list of guests by a particular hotel, should you have access to multiple properties in your account.
Arrival Status
You can filter guests by a particular arrival status (guests due to arrive, in-house, or departing today), by clicking on the tabs shown above.
Search Filter
Here you can filter by a guest name, e-mail address, booking reference, or alternatively a date range (filtering by the stay date of a guest's booking). Pressing the Search button will trigger the search, whilst the Clear button will remove the active search values.
Results Table
The table will show the list of guests that match your current filters. You will see the guest's name, address, and booking reference, as well as other attributes of their booking. You can also sort by clicking on the field name in the header of the table.
To change the page of the results, you can click the relevant option at the bottom:
