Badges represent a great way to enrich a profile by adding relevant interests of a guest, e.g. Spas, Family, Wine. Once added, you can then use Badges as an additional way to segment your guests, and send highly tailored e-mails to your guests.
To view and update a guest's badges, first will need to open their guest profile.
Once found, you will see in the Profile tab there is the "Badge" section:
Clicking on the plus buttonnext to the badges will open the following pop-up window:
Simply enter the name of the new badge for this guest, and press Save.
Once added, you can see the badge displayed in the profile
To remove a badge, simply click on the X in the badge, then press Delete in the dialog that will appear:
