A guest may unsubscribe from a mailer themselves, by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link provided at the bottom of any e-mail.
However, if they make a request to you to do it on their behalf, you will first need to open their guest profile.
Once found, you will see in the Profile tab there is the "Subscription Status" section:
Clicking on the edit button next to the status, will open the following pop-up window:
You will need to click on the Unsubscribe button and then Save to confirm.
