When the Profile tab of a guest profile is selected, you will find a variety of in-depth information about the guest, as well as the option to edit their e-mail, subscription status, and badges.
Personal
This section will have the name, language, address, and company details of a guest.
Status
- E-mail - here you can view or change a profile's e-mail address, see the E-mail section for further details
- Subscription Status - this is where you can alter a guest's subscription status, see the Subscription Status section for more details
- Badges - enrich a profile with the specific interests of a guest, see the Badges section for more information
Contact Lists
Here you will see all the lists that the guest is currently subscribed to, i.e. the hotels they have booked with previously
Booking Notes
If the guest has any notes on their booking record, you will find all listed in this section
Loyalty
This section shows the totals of all stays in the guest's history at your group, e.g. total spend, number of stays, number of cancellations
Next Stay
If there is an upcoming stay for this guest, you'll find a brief overview of it in this section. For more in-depth details, you can view the Stays tab.
