To update a guest's e-mail address, you can either update it directly in your PMS (which will then update Revenue Intelligence after a brief period), or you can update directly in the Revenue Intelligence portal. First will first need to open their guest profile.
Once found, you will see in the Profile tab there is the "E-mail" section:
Clicking on the edit button next to the e-mail, will open the following pop-up window:
You will need to enter the new e-mail address, then click Save to make the change.
