The Drag & Drop editor is a powerful way to build up rich and tailored e-mails with the minimum of fuss.
The left area is the actual e-mail design, whilst the right side includes the tools that you can drag onto the email.
1. Content
To add a new tool to your email, simply drag the tool from the right onto the email:
To edit the settings of a tool in your e-mail, just click on the relevant block from the e-mail designer:
You will then see the block highlighted blue in the e-mail designer, with options to move the tool by dragging the four-way arrow button , as well as options to delete by pressing the trash button
, or duplicate by pressing the copy button
.
When a tool is selected you can edit its properties on the right, e.g. above you can adjust the number of columns for this section, as well as padding, spacing, and colors.
To close and de-select a current item, press the button at the top right of the tools section.
You will find several different Content tools available to you:
- Columns - allows you to break up the e-mail into columns of varying widths.
- Button - allows you to create a button with a hyperlink.
- Divider - created a vertical spacing between items.
- Heading - for a text title.
- HTML - allows insertion of custom HTML code.
- Image - allows you to upload a custom image into your e-mail.
- Menu - a simple way to add a number of menu items horizontally spaced in your e-mail.
- Social - easily create a section of social media links.
- Text - a block of text.
A couple of the tools are described below:
Text
When you click in a Text section, you will see several text customization options: font, colors, links, etc. You can also add links to websites or to an email address. Additionally, you can customize and tailor your text with Merge Tags, to include details such as the guest's name or booking details.
Image
On clicking on an image, you will see the left section will allow you to easily upload a new image, create a hyperlink on the image, or you can edit the photo by pressing the Apply Effects & More button.

2. Blocks
These are the building blocks of your e-mail, which allows you to create a structure of columns where you can drop content in each block:
3. Body
This is where you can set a color, font, and style which will be the default across the entire e-mail.
4. Images
We provide you access to a huge collection of royalty-free imagery that you can search for and use in your e-mails immediately.
5. Uploads
Here you can create your private library of common images that you will want to use in the future for other campaigns.
6. Device-based rendering
Once your newsletter is complete, you can test its rendering on your computer, tablet, and smartphone using the buttons on the bottom left:
